The 2nd World Congress on Electroporation was a tremendous event. The conference in Norfolk, Virgina, USA, was attended by 364 delegates from 32 different countries. The scientific programme included 11 plenary lectures, 9 guest speakers and 197 oral presentations. The topics were broad and diverse ranging from medical applications and their success in tumor therapy to equipment design through to food application.
The Elea team held three presentations and during the interactive poster sessions, enough time was added for discussion about the posters, but also to visit our exhibition stand. Here, we met a lot of people and had interesting discussions about industrial PEF equipment and the installations as well as our research activities.
Thanks to the members of the International and Local Organizing Committee, Programme Committee, Scientific Advisory Committee, all the organizers of the Special Sessions and a very special thank you to Richard Heller for hosting and organizing this even
