Join us at Elea and learn how Pulsed Electric Field can improve product quality, enhance process, increase yield, save cost and bring new opportunities for vegetable and potato processing.
We are looking forward to opening pour doors at Elea for two days of Pulsed Electric Field discovery and insights, here at our custom-built facility for the development of PEF systems and applications in Quakenbrück, Germany.
Talks and demos will be given by both resident and industry experts. Topics will include how PEF works, its benefits for product and production, process integration and validation. In our showroom, we will guide you through the Elea system range, whose capacity reaches from one single potato up to 60t/h.
An industry tour to a nearby production line that uses PEF for its production is available on the 11th of November, followed by confidential one-to-one sessions about PEF solutions tailored for your business. Combines with a social program, an interesting and memorable event is guaranteed.

Notes for your visit to Elea
We are extremely pleased to welcome you back to Elea. The event will be held in consideration of the current regulations. Necessary prerequisites for participation in the PEF Advantage Days are:
Access only if fully vaccinated (after 14 days) or fully recovered (not longer than six months)
Wearing a medical mask outside own seat
Recording of personal data to safeguard the rate of new infections
Please bring the relevant certificates and your ID with you. With this, we create security for all participants.
We will inform you of any changes as early as possible.
