We are looking forward to opening our doors at Elea for two days of Pulsed Electric Field discovery and insights, here at our custom-built facility for the development of PEF systems and applications in Quakenbrück, Germany.

Talks, insights and demonstrations will be given on both days by resident and industry specialists with options for one-to-one sessions available. Meet our PEF experts and learn about PEF solutions tailored to your business.

The event will focus on the application of Pulsed Electric Fields in industrial vegetable processing and in the field of biotechnology. On the first day, we will present how PEF treatment improves the quality, increases yield, saves energy and enhances the processing of vegetable production.

The second day will be dealing with perspectives of PEF in biotechnology. We will show the benefits of treating yeast and microalgae for the extraction of more yield and valuable compounds like colour, oil, proteins, amino acid, flavour, etc.

The event will take place close to the Anuga exhibition in Cologne to give the option of combining your trip to Germany.

This is a face-to-face event in Quakenbrück, Germany.
