The 18th Enoforum is the largest technical-scientific conference dedicated to wine and the wine industry in Europe
For 2 days, participants will be able to attend numerous presentations given by renowned researchers and technicians from all over the world on the most topical issues for the wine sector. All papers will be presented in Spanish or English with offerings of simultaneous translations.
For a better understanding of the benefits that can be obtained from different innovations, Enoforum allows tasting wines produced with experimental technologies. In this edition, Enoforum decided to include demonstration sessions in the conference programme, where participants can interact directly with the manufacturer of a technology and understand its application potential in more detail.
Elea is collaborating on the event with its expertise in PEF application for wine processing. Together with Javier Raso from the
University of Zaragoza, Elea’s Managing Director, Stefan Töpfl, will present how Pulsed Electric Field Technology (PEF) can benefit the production of wine in terms of sustainability, quality and yield aspects.
