The GDL Congress Food Technology 2018 is THE German-speaking information and discussion forum in the field of food technology.
Organizer is the GDL (Gesellschaft Deutscher Lebensmitteltechnologen/ Society of German Food Technologists e.V.) in collaboration with ttz Bremerhaven and University of Bremerhaven. Elea is proud to be a sponsor of this important congress covering a wide range of food technology topics.
Lectures and posters present current research results from the various areas of food science and discuss their transfer and implementation into practice. This makes the congress an excellent opportunity to talk to colleagues and make new contacts. Traditionally, the congress concludes with a food law podium discussion, which will take place on 13.10.2018.
A special highlight of this year’s congress is a forum for aspiring newcomers on 11.10.2018, which will be supplemented by a Young Professionals Party on 11.10.2018 and a career fair on 12.10.2018.
The congress program will be rounded off with a wide range of company presentations in which companies present their product and service offerings.
We will be onsite with a booth and a presentation about the influence of a PEF pre-treatment on the freeze-drying of plant materials by Alica Lammerskitten, Oleksii Parniakov, Claudia Siemer and Stefan Töpfl.
