Enjoy our workshop and pilot scale demonstration about the two innovative processing and preservation technologies Pulsed Electric Field Preservation and Low Shear Extrusion at the German Institute of Food Technologies (DIL), Quakenbrück, Germany.

Within the European funded i3food project (i3food website), a demonstration workshop on PEF technology and Low shear extrusion will be held by DIL and Elea.

DIL as an expert in low shear extrusion will demonstrate the technology for ice cream

production and Elea will present the preservation of juices with Pulsed Electric Field technology.
