In October, the 13th Bioelectrics Symposium will be hold in Rostock, Germany.
This event brings together researchers from a broad range of different fields to discuss on electric stimuli in plant and mammalian cells for medical, biological or technological purposes, including Pulsed Electric Fields (PEF) or Cold Plasma. who will give an overview of different applications of PEF in the food industry and current research in that field.
