We are looking forward to opening our doors at Elea for two days of Pulsed Electric Field discovery and insights, here at our custom-built facility for the development of PEF systems and applications in Quakenbrück, Germany.

Talks and demos will be given by both resident and industry experts. Topics will include how PEF works, its benefits for product and production, the development of PEF in industry during the past 10 years, as well as its huge potential for other industries, all scientific supported by our Research & Development department.

In our showroom, we will guide you through the Elea PEF system range, whose capacity reaches up to 60t/h for solid treatment and 5.000 L for liquid treatment, followed by confidential one-to-one sessions about PEF solutions tailored for your business. Combines with a social program, an interesting and memorable event is guaranteed.

This is a face-to-face event in Quakenbrück, Germany.
Due to the limited number of places available for the forum, they are awarded on a “first come, first served” basis.

Abstract submission

For our PEF Advantage Day 2022, we are offering an abstract submission.  Abstracts are invited for poster and/or oral presentations in all areas of Pulsed Electric Field use in the food, beverage extraction or biotechnology field. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by experts in the field, and if approved, scheduled for either oral or poster presentation.

New belt systems

Pipe system for extraction

The Elea PEF Advantage P 1e is specially designed for treating olive, grape and fruit mash. The system has a large available cross-section and a compact and versatile design.

PEF Pilot modular system

The Elea PEF Pilot system is the world’s only fully modular and configurable PEF solution for liquid and solid foods. Its core unit, designed primarily for pilot scale testing, is customisable with the addition of external plug-in units.
